We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2–3 working days using best endeavours. Where goods are supplied directly from manufacturers or suppliers, delivery times may vary. Any delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Customers should allow up to 5 working days for UK mainland delivery unless otherwise advised. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at orders@taysideironmongery.co.uk.
All return requests must be made by emailing orders@taysideironmongery.co.uk.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photographic evidence where goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Any goods delivered damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
It is possible to cancel your order, but only before the items have been picked and dispatched . If your order has been picked and not dispatched we can’t cancel your order as these items will be palleted and ready collection by the courier.
Once the items have been dispatched and are out for delivery you will need to refuse delivery with the courier and let us know via our contact form on our website so we can let our returns team know to process a refund.
If you accept a delivery it will be up to you to return it to us at your own cost. A refund will not be issued until the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If your order is coming direct from the supplier we will need to confirm it has been cancelled by them before we can cancel your order.
Once your order has been received back and checked with our warehouse, please allow 14 working days to receive your replacement.
